salad lions.

haven't posted any art in a while, so here is something i'm currently working on. this is just a rough for a series of paintings i'm going to be doing around the theme of contradictory animal behavior, i.e. lions eating salad, pigs at a beauty salon, birds getting on an airplane, etc.

i'll try to post my progress, or at least the finished piece when i'm done.

comic fun.

this is an old one, too, but it hasn't been seen as much. it was for an assignment and it's based on an urban legend i saw on the interweb. the colors actually got messed up when i uploaded it, not sure why, but i'm too lazy to fix it and it doesn't look too bad. the real colors are supposed to be purple and navy.

it begins.

so i finally started a blog for my art after talking about making one for a while now. hopefully this will encourage me to draw more. here's an oldie but a goodie until i make something new.
